We offer claiming for Medicare, DVA, and HICAPS (Private health). To allow us the time and preparation needed to give you the best quality care please select the appropriate booking type for you or contact our practice for advice/bookings.

 

Care plans are referrals through a doctor for those with complex care needs - the majority of the treatment fee is claimable through Medicare. Please bring this referral to your first appointment. New patients should book a New Patient Care Plan appointment. You must make a New Care Plan Assessment appointment on the first appointment under a new care plan each year even if you have been to see us before. Standard Care Plan appointments are for subsequent visits after your assessment.

If you are a new patient or have not seen us for more than two years please make an Initial Appointment. Standard Appointments are appropriate for our regular patients.

If your visit is regarding foot/lower-limb pain or injury it will assist us in your treatment if you bring whatever footwear and/or orthotic devices you usually wear to your appointment.
